Reporting Team #DAY 1

XENIA
We are living in a very comfortable hostel with a good atmosphere. the participants are very friendly and it's easy to communicate with them. also we have a lots of activities which people help to improve our English skills and find some new friends.
It seems like project, hasn't any disadvantages? Yes, it hasn't.

GALENA
On the first day during the session we were asked to write our expectations, fears and contributions on a little piece of paper and stick them on the wall. In expectations most of us wrote that we expect to upgrade our English skills and make friends. Many weren't scared of anything but the ones that were, were mostly scared from not being understood. There were some funny contributions like teaching how not to cook pasta and how to fly, but at the end its all about having fun and being funny, isn't it?

ALISA
First we had some name games, so we could get tot know each other better. Then there was a so called "blanket game" to check, how we remember the names.
Here's the picture to show you, what are the rules of this game:

LUCA
One of the first activities we did is called: "The flying eggs". We were divided in groups of 4/5 people and then the group leader told us that we should create a protection with some materials (for ex. paper, rope etc). We served to protect the eggs that we had to drop from the window (4/5 mt). So, in my opinion this activity was so interesting because i had to use English words that me actually never use.

MARTA
One of the most interesting things about the project are Open Badges.
through a website https://www.badgecraft.eu/es all participants can recognize their competences using tasks that are letting to gain some badges. Badges cover several areas: language, organization, documentation, culture and socializing.
